Essential Flight Technology United States Product Refund Policy
What Products Are Eligible for a Refund?
All software products that you purchased in the United States come with a Essential Flight Technology’s 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Essential Flight Technology will refund your purchase price subject to policy guidelines and warranty and license agreement provisions.
All hardware products that you purchased in the United States come with a Essential Flight Technology’s 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Essential Flight Technology will refund your purchase price subject to policy guidelines and warranty and license agreement provisions.
How Can I Return a Product for a Refund?
- Return the product within 7 days for hardware or 30 days for software of purchase date.
- Mail a written request or cancel online
- Provide a copy of your license number, original sales receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check.
- Provide complete contact information, including your street address (sorry, no PO boxes), city, state, ZIP or postal code, telephone number, and e-mail address (if applicable).
- Uninstall the software product from your computer and any storage devices and delete any backup copies.
- Explain briefly why you want to return the product for a refund.
- Send the product, its original packaging, and all related materials via traceable means to our Return Center. For tracking and security reasons, all returns must be sent by Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, DHL, or certified and insured U.S. mail if applicable.
What Products Are Not Eligible for a Refund?
- Product acquired for free via electronic distribution
- Products obtained as Not For Resale product
- Products no longer actively sold or technically supported by Microsoft **
- Products purchased through the Essential Flight Technology employee purchase program
- Customer "walk-in" returns to the Return Center
- Products not in original packing materials.
Timing and Process Information
All validated refund requests will be processed within 2–4 weeks of receipt by the Return Center. Failure to include all the required information may result in a denial of your request or a delay in the processing of your refund.
Guidelines
Hardware products are subject to a 15% restocking charge if not in original packaging and in like-new condition. Credit Card chargebacks outside of the stated return policy or if attempted without contacting EFT under this policy will be subject to a $100 fee plus court recovery costs. All equipment not bearing the EFT logo is covered by the manufacturers warranty for repair. All repairs or issues with hardware must be handled through the hardware manufacturer.Contacting the Return Center
